We believe that your privacy is important and so we undertake to protect the privacy of any information that you give to us. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act and we're registered as a data controller by the Information Commissioner in the UK.

When you simply visit or browse our site, we do not collect any information regarding your domain or identity. If you fill in our contact form, we'll note your email address and ask if you would like to hear about future campaigns.

When you register to bid
At positive-vibes we want all auctions to be fair. When you sign up to pre-qualify to bid in an auction, in order to protect and encourage genuine bidders we ask for the following information:

Name, address, contact telephone number, eBay id, email address and if you have a PayPal account on record.

We may ask for further information, depending on the nature of the auction.

You can choose whether you would like to register to bid in just one auction, or if you would like us to store that information so you are pre-registered to bid in future auctions. When you register, will also ask you if you would like to hear about future campaigns. By giving us your details to hear about future campaigns, you'll be agreeing to this.

If later on you decide that you no longer wish to receive e-mail from us, you can change your mind. Just let us know at info@positive-vibes.co.uk. We will respect your decision.

How will we use the pre-registration information?
We may use it for the following purposes:

To answer queries that you have sent us
To check information about your bidding or to check whether you are eligible for an experience
To contact you when you've won an auction and to arrange for the item to be delivered or to organise the experience that you have won
To carry out surveys occasionally to check that we are providing the service that you are looking for
To comply with the law
As we feel necessary to keep a campaign fair, prevent illegal activity or protect our interests.

We won't keep hold of your information for longer than is reasonably necessary or required by law.

Will we share your information with anyone else?
Only if:

We are required to do this by law e.g. directed to do so by a court or other authority.
We feel it is necessary to prevent illegal activity or to protect our interests.
We may share anonymous statistics and profiling information with third parties, so you won't be identifiable from that data.
You may prevent your information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the above address.
